Most frequent questions and answers

How long does delivery take?

Dispatch: Your order is normally processed within 24hrs and sent out within 3-5 working days of ordering.

Shipping: Depending on the delivery location please allow 10-20 working days for delivery.

Customs: Depending on your country there may be customs charges incurred on your order. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Digital Downloads: All digital products will be available to download in your account after payment has been authorised.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Firstly don’t worry we got you covered!

Just email us at store@thelickloft.com with your details and order number and we will help sort out any issues you may have.

How can I see my orders?

If you have registered you can log in to your account and see your orders. You can view recent orders, downloads, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

How do I track my order?

If you have selected a shipping option with tracking you will be able to track your order with the tracking details sent to you via email.

Can I return my order?

If needed, you may return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail within 30 days of the order shipment date.

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
